Biography
Deborah Ballard was born in September of 1776. Her mother died when she was ten years old and she lived with a family named Green until she was 18 years old, at which time she married Edward Hazard. She had eight known children and died at the age of 90 on May 16, 1867, in Windsor, Broome County, New York. She is buried in Riverside Cemetery in Kirkwood, same county.
