Biography

Alice Gaylord was born on May 10, 1594, at Pitminster, Taunton Deane Borough, Somerset, England. She was the daughter of Hugh Gaylord. Alice married Richard Treat on April 27, 1615, at St. Andrew and St. Mary Church in Pitminster. She died in 1669 in Wethersfield, Hartford County, Connecticut. She is buried there in the Wethersfield Village Cemetery. She was 74 or 75 years old.
