Biography
Elizabeth was born abt. 1763, probably in Westchester County, New York. She married Uriah Jacobs at the home of Widow Lucy Brown. They were married by Presbyterian Rev. McGregory. They did not commence living together for two years because of his active military duty. They then removed to Delaware County. Elizabeth died on July 1, 1849, in Newark Valley, Tioga County, New York. She is buried in Weltonville Cemetery in Newark Valley.
