Phebe Everett was born in 1775 in Kent, Maryland. She married John Wesley Gale, Sr. on January 29, 1793, in Chester Parish, Kent County, Maryland, and died in Lynn Township, Posey County, Indiana. Her father was St. Leger Everett.
