Biography
Sarah Moody was born on May 21, 1702 and baptized seven days later on May 29th, at the Second Church of Hartford. She married David Ensign on April 29, 1726 and died at the age of 75 on March 10, 1776.
Note: There are some discrepancies about the names of her parents. Some sources report she was a daughter of Samuel Moody, Jr. and Sarah Lane, while other report she was a daughter of Samuel Moody, Jr.’s brother, John, who married Sarah Evetts in 1700. Additional research needed.
