Biography
Agnes Smith was born in August of 1585. She was baptized that year on August 29th at Cossington, Charnwood Borough, Leicestershire, England. She married John Webster on November 7, 1609 in Cossington. He later held the office of Governor of Connecticut. They had nine children and she died at the age of 81 in July 1667 in Hadley, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. She is buried in Old Hadley Cemetery in Hadley.
