Biography

Job Shirley was born between 1750 and 1757 in Taunton, Bristol County, Massachusetts. He married Mary Wilbur, a native of England, "both of Raynham". The intention was filed on Dec. 18, 1778. They moved to central New York before 1810 and he died on August 20, 1842 in Niles, Cayuga County, New York.
