Biography

Penelope Arnold, granddaughter of Gov. Benedict Arnold and cousin to the infamous “traitor”, Benedict Arnold.  She was the daughter of Caleb Arnold and Abigail Wilbur. She was born on the 3rd of August, 1669, and married Col. George Hazard. She died in 1742 when she was about 72 years old.
