Biography
Sarah Deming was born in 1654 according to "Genealogy of the Descendants of John Deming". Other sources give her birth as 1641. Since her son John was born in 1661, it seems more likely 1641 is accurate. Both sources agree she was a daughter of John Deming and Honour (Treat) Deming and that she died on September 29, 1717, at Hadley, Massachusetts.
Genealogical notes of New York and New England families, by S.V. Talcott, reports that she married Samuel Moody.
