Genealogy resources for Hebron, Tolland County, Connecticut
Hebron was settled in 1704 and incorporated May, 1708, while the region was still part of Hartford County. Upon the formation of Windham County in 1726, Hebron was included in it's boundaries, but in 1785, it became part of the new Tolland County. The First Congregational Church in Hebron was organized in 1717, but the early church records were burned. The Second Congregational Church was organized May, 1748, at Gilead.
