R. Leonard of Otsego, New York in 1810. The household had 5 males, including one boy under the age of 10, and 6 females, for a total of 11 people. The oldest male in the house was age 26-44. This appears to be Rufus LEONARD (1775-1853), son of Josiah LEONARD and Elizabeth HILLIARD. Rufus married Rachel CLARK abt. 1799 and had at least four children: Chauncy, Norman, Rachel, and Maria LEONARD.

Could he be the same Rufus, father of Franklin Leonard of Oneida County, found here?
