Capt. David Brown's Company

Capt. David Brown's Company of Militiamen in Concord, Massachusetts, reportedly contained at least 52 men. The company belonged to Col. James Barrett's Regiment.

Entered the conflict at Concord.

At least 2,478 men from Middlesex County responded to the alarm on April 19, 1775. Of these, 106 were from Concord. The names of the men in three of the county's companies (approximately 150 men) are lost.
