Capt. Edward Farmer's Company of Militiamen in Billerica, Massachusetts, reportedly contained at least 35 men. The company belonged to Col. David Green's Regiment.

Entered the conflict at Concord.

At least 2,478 men from Middlesex County responded to the alarm on April 19, 1775. Of these, 101 were from Billerica. The names of the men in three of the county's companies (approximately 150 men) are lost.
