Capt. Isaac Davis's Company

Capt. Isaac Davis's Company of Minutemen in Acton, Massachusetts, reportedly contained at least 40 men. The company belonged to Col. Abijah Pierce's Regiment.

Entered the conflict at Concord.

At least 2,478 men from Middlesex County responded to the alarm on April 19, 1775. Of these, 45 were from Acton. The names of the men in three of the county's companies (approximately 150 men) are lost.
