Capt. Oliver Barron's Company

Capt. Oliver Barron's Company of Militiamen in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, reportedly contained at least 61 men. The company belonged to Col. David Green's Regiment.

Entered the conflict at Concord.

At least 2,478 men from Middlesex County responded to the alarm on April 19, 1775. Of these, 104 were from Chelmsford. The names of the men in three of the county's companies (approximately 150 men) are lost.
