Capt. Stephen Russell's Company

Capt. Stephen Russell's Company of Militiamen in Dracut, Massachusetts, reportedly contained at least 88 men. The company belonged to Col. David Green's Regiment.

Pursuit of the British from Concord.

At least 2,478 men from Middlesex County responded to the alarm on April 19, 1775. Of these, 128 were from Dracut. The names of the men in three of the county's companies (approximately 150 men) are lost.
