"The report of County Treasurer Loughborough as transfer tax appraiser in the matter of the estate of Herman Leonard of Auburn was filed. The report shows the value of personal property to be $9,880 but of this was disbursed the sum of $3,272, leaving a balance for distribution as follows: Susan Leonard, widow, $2,804, George H. Leonard, son, $2,804, and Daved E. Wallace, a stepson, $1,000. There was no transfer tax on the estate."
