Percy Henry Daniels married Vena Dykeman in 1922. He settled down for a new life on solid ground and started his family. Notice the change of occupation? No longer was he 1st Mate aboard a great ship and international traveler. His new occupation was "Plumber". Later he would be a farmer, before dying in 1940.
The following is a newspaper clipping from the Cortland Standard, April 23, 1929, copied from his daughter's scrapbook.
