Thomas Peak was the grandfather of Governor Benedict Arnold. Austin's “One hundred and sixty allied families” gives the following table for the Peak family, stating that Thomas' son-in-law, William Arnold, referred to him as "Thomas Peak of Muoheny". (I only found the book on HeritageQuest).

Muchelney's location is shown in this map, with a closeup aeriel view from Google Maps. It looks like a great village to live in and I wonder how much has changed since my 15th great-grandfather was there.
